Gerald (Jerry) Konohia’s commitment to leveling the playing field for marginalized people and communitiesincludes 3 decades as a practitioner and in leadership roles, nationwide. He brings to the launch and impact of FreshWind CDC, an enthusiasm fueled perspective along with skills honed while addressing business, legal and financialmatters of varying size and complexity in the public and private sectors. Jerry is a native Washingtonian andalumnus of Walter B. Patterson Elementary School in DC’s Ward 8, the University of Maryland @ College Park andThe Howard University School of Law. “The timing and urge of Fresh Wind CDC are a perfect fit for our world’scraving for change - I’m honored to participate and committed to the work.”
Jerry is currently employed in local government and lives just across the DC border in Hillcrest Heights, MD.
