Deniz Artemel became the assistant to the top real estate agent in Alexandria, Virginia in 1997, marking the start ofher real estate career. Recognizing Deniz’s potential, McEnearney Associates invited her to develop the position ofTransaction Coordinator for the Alexandria office. There Deniz worked with 30+ of the company’s top-producingagents to manage transaction details and aid in their business development.

After three years of supporting thebusiness of others, Deniz successfully transitioned to being a real estate agent herself and achieved the Multi-MillionDollar Sales Club in her first full year. In 2009, McEnearney offered her the job of Office Manager in its relativelynew and growing Washington, DC office.

Her various experiences in the real estate industry have prepared Deniz well for her most recent endeavor asMcEnearney’s Assistant Manager for Company Outreach. Throughout her career, she has gained a trueunderstanding of the mechanics behind our demanding industry, as well as the company that has earned and retainedher loyalty.

McEnearney’s admirable values, spirit of camaraderie and superior ethics have all contributed to Deniz’scommitment to the continued growth and development of the firm.

Deniz has spent most of her life in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Born in Istanbul, Turkey, she moved at anearly age to Northern Virginia and has been involved in many of our metro area and Turkish communities. Her yearsin the travel business after college taught her a huge amount about hospitality, and fired her passion for customerservice and support roles which have been her forte.
