Andy Hill was born in Washington, D.C. and grew up in Chevy Chase, Maryland. He attended Bethesda – ChevyChase High School and later Rollins College where he earned a golf scholarship. After graduating with a degree inpsychology he moved back to Washington, D.C. where he started his career as a teacher at the Lab School ofWashington. In 2001 he made the transition to residential real estate where he joined his mother Sue Hill to createthe Andy & Sue Hill Real Estate Team. He spent the first six years of his career at W.C. & A.N. Miller Realtors andin 2007 they moved to McEnearney Associates where they were one of the top producing teams within the firm. For the next ten years, the team of Andy & Sue Hill specialized is representing sellers and buyers across Washington,D.C, and throughout much of Maryland. In the spring of 2017, Andy made the move to join the management teamat McEnearney Associates and later that summer was named Executive Vice President and Managing Broker for allof Maryland and Washington, D.C. Andy is currently responsible for the day-to-day operations of three of thecompanies eleven offices and works with over seventy-five agents to help them grow their business. In addition tohis day-to-day responsibilities, Andy has been responsible for developing the firms mentoring and new agentprograms as well as helping expand the firm’s presence within the DC and Maryland markets.
